1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Personal Identification: We collect your Name, Phone Number, and precise Delivery Address to provide grocery services in Gorakhpur.

1.2 Location Data: Updated We collect precise location data (GPS) only when the app is in use (Foreground) to help you set your delivery address accurately. We do not track location in the background.

1.3 Device Data: We collect Device ID and IP address to prevent fraudulent activities, multiple account abuse, and to ensure account security.

1.4 Payment Info: SECURE We do NOT store your UPI PIN, Password, or Card CVV. All transactions are processed via RBI-approved secure payment gateways (Razorpay).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To process, fulfill, and deliver orders within the promised 3-hour window.
• To prevent misuse of promotional offers and manage blocked accounts for policy violations.
• To communicate order status, technical cancellations, and refunds via SMS/WhatsApp.
• To improve app performance and defend against unauthorized access or cyber threats.

3. DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY

3.1 Encryption: All user data is encrypted using AES-256 bit Industry Standards during storage and via SSL/TLS during transmission.

3.2 Access Control: Only authorized personnel can access minimal data required for order fulfillment and customer support.

4. ACCOUNT DELETION & USER RIGHTS New

4.1 Right to Delete: You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data. This can be done directly through the **"Profile > Delete Account"** section within the app.

4.2 Data Removal: Upon account deletion, your personal information (Name, Phone, Address) is permanently purged from our active databases. Transactional records may be retained for 7 years solely for tax and legal compliance.

4.3 Manual Request: You may also request data deletion by emailing us at help@zarooro.shop. Requests are processed within 48-72 hours.

5. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING

5.1 We share your delivery details (Name, Address, Phone) only with verified delivery partners for fulfillment.

5.2 We do not sell or lease your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.

5.3 We may disclose data if required by law or the Cyber Cell Gorakhpur for investigation purposes.

6. DATA RETENTION

6.1 We retain personal data as long as the account is active. Inactive user data is purged after 24 months of total inactivity unless a deletion request is made earlier.

7. POLICY FOR MINORS

7.1 Zarooro Shop is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
