Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations, refunds, and service fees applicable to all transactions on the Zarooro Shop platform.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOL

1.1 User-Initiated Cancellation: Users may cancel an order only while its status is marked as "Pending". Once an order is updated to "Accepted" by Zarooro Shop, it enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation: Zarooro reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability (Out of Stock), technical errors, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen logistical challenges. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.

ATTENTION: If a delivery attempt is made and the user is unreachable, fails to answer calls, or is not present at the shared location, the order will be cancelled, and a "Non-Availability Penalty" will apply.

2. REFUNDS & FINANCIAL DEDUCTIONS

2.1 Non-Availability Penalty: If an order is cancelled due to user unavailability (as per Clause 1.2), the Delivery Fee will be non-refundable.

2.2 Rider Compensation Fee: In cases where "Free Delivery" was applied, Zarooro reserves the right to deduct a Fixed Compensation Amount from the refund total to compensate the delivery partner for fuel and labor costs.

2.3 Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours. However, it may take 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source (Bank/UPI/Wallet) depending on financial institutions.

3. DYNAMIC SERVICE & SURGE FEES

3.1 Variable Delivery Charges: To maintain service quality during difficult conditions, Zarooro may apply the following additional fees:

4. PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS

4.1 Weight Variance: For perishables (Fruits, Vegetables, Meat), a natural moisture loss of 10g to 25g per kilogram is an industry standard. No refunds or replacements will be processed for variances within this range.

4.2 Misuse of Offers: Any order placed by exploiting technical loopholes, multiple accounts, or fraudulent coupon usage will be cancelled without a refund, and the user's device/account will be permanently blacklisted.
