Master Terms of Service & Security Policy

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & APP OWNERSHIP

1.01 Proprietary Rights: The "Zarooro" name, logo, UI/UX design, software code, database, and all content are the exclusive property of Zarooro Shop.

1.02 Anti-Cloning & Copying: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or replicating the app's structure, design, or functionality. Any attempt to launch a "Clone App" or use our assets for another business will lead to a Criminal Lawsuit.

2. CYBER SECURITY & ANTI-HACKING POLICY

2.01 No Reverse Engineering: Users shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Zarooro Platform.

2.02 Security Breach: Any attempt to hack the app, bypass payment gateways, use SQL injections, or conduct DDoS attacks is a criminal offense.

2.03 Legal Action: Such activities will be reported to the Cyber Cell, Gorakhpur and prosecuted under Section 66 of the IT Act, 2000 (Imprisonment up to 3 years and heavy fines).

3. WEIGHT, QUANTITY & MEASUREMENT TOLERANCE

3.01 Natural Shrinkage: For products like fruits, vegetables, and meat, weight may decrease due to moisture loss during transit.

3.02 Tolerance Clause: You agree that a variance of 10 grams to 25 grams per kilogram is an acceptable industry margin. No refunds or disputes will be entertained for this range.

4. OFFERS, COUPONS & PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

4.01 Unilateral Removal: Zarooro reserves the absolute right to remove, modify, or cancel any offer or coupon without any prior notice.

4.02 Offer Misuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit coupons will lead to a permanent device/account ban.

5. ORDER LIFECYCLE & CANCELLATION

5.01 Cancellation Timing: Users can cancel ONLY before the order is accepted. Post-acceptance, no cancellation is possible.

5.02 User Non-Availability: If you are not present at the location or do not answer calls, the order will be cancelled and delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

6. MANDATORY APP UPDATES

6.01 Users must use the latest version of the app for security and pricing accuracy. Zarooro is not liable for errors on outdated versions.

7. DELIVERY SLA & LOGISTICS

7.01 The 3-hour window is an estimate; actual time may be more than 3 hours or less due to traffic, weather, or Gorakhpur's local conditions.

8. INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.01 Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the transaction value paid by the User for that specific order.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

9.01 These terms are governed by the Laws of India.

9.02 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute or legal matter shall be filed ONLY in the courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
